Joshua Kahn

Joshua F. Kahn is a partner at Schochor, Staton, Goldberg and Cardea, P.A. in Baltimore, Maryland, focusing on tort law and catastrophic personal injury litigation. He joined the firm in 2022 after over a decade as a civil defense attorney at a preeminent Maryland firm where he was elected partner in 2020. After law school he clerked for Hon. Lawrence F. Rodowsky and Hon. Charles E. Moylan, Jr., specially assigned to Maryland's highest and intermediate appellate courts. He co-chairs the ABA Mass Torts Subcommittee on Multi-District Litigation and Class Procedures.
