Kerry Staton

Kerry D. Staton is the founding and managing partner of Schochor, Staton, Goldberg and Cardea, P.A. in Baltimore, Maryland. He co-founded the firm with Jonathan Schochor to represent victims of medical malpractice, negligence, and wrongful conduct. He has practiced since 1980 and handles difficult medical malpractice cases throughout Baltimore and Washington, D.C., as well as national class action litigation. He was appointed Commissioner to the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission by the Chief Judge of the Maryland Court of Appeals. His personal experience with his mother's medical malpractice case shaped his career focus.
