About Eric Eberwine

Eric T. Eberwine is a Personal Injury Trial Attorney at Stein Whatley Astorino, PLLC, serving Kentucky and Indiana. His litigation experience spans truck accidents, car collisions, motorcycle wrecks, slip-and-fall cases, product liability, construction defects, bad faith claims, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters.

Eberwine earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from New York Law School in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts in History (cum laude) from Capital University in 1993. He also pursued independent study at Universitat Salzburg (1992) and Westfalische Wilhelms-Universitat Munster (2001). He is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Indiana, New York (inactive), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana and the Western District of Kentucky.

A Columbus, Ohio native, Eberwine has resided in Louisville for two decades. Before transitioning to represent injured individuals, he spent 19 years defending insurance companies as a senior claims representative and defense counsel.
