John Whatley

John Amos Whatley is a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Stein Whatley Astorino, PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky, with over 18 years of courtroom experience. His practice covers car accidents, motorcycle wrecks, truck accidents, slip and fall cases, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and workers' compensation claims, plus business litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, and defamation.

Whatley earned his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 2005 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of Louisville School of Business in 2002. A Louisville native, he attended Trinity High School and lettered in football at the University of Louisville. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2005 and the Kentucky Bar in 2006, and is also licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
