Rob Astorino Jr.

Rob Astorino, Jr. is a Civil Litigation Attorney at Stein Whatley Astorino, PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky. He specializes in personal injury cases including vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and medical malpractice, as well as consumer fraud, constitutional rights violations (Section 1983 actions), and business litigation matters.

Astorino earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013 and his Bachelor of Science in Economics with minors in Finance and Psychology from Purdue University in 2010. A Louisville native, he attended Trinity High School. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky (2013), the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky.

Astorino has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (2021-2023) and as a National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 honoree. He serves as Vice President of the Bluegrass Lacrosse Officials Association.
