Brandon Bornstein

Brandon Bornstein is a personal injury attorney at Todd Miner Law whose practice is devoted to representing clients injured in automobile accidents, premises liability incidents, and wrongful death cases. An Orlando native, Brandon earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida and his J.D., cum laude, from Charlotte School of Law. Before moving to the plaintiff side, he spent his early career exclusively defending one of America's largest auto insurance companies and its at-fault insureds.

That experience gave him an inside understanding of how insurers handle and devalue injury claims, which now informs his work on behalf of injured clients. Brandon is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is married to Nicole and is the father of a young son, Brooks.
