Trenton Swan

Trenton Swan is a litigator and personal injury attorney at Todd Miner Law. His practice focuses on catastrophic and personal injury, vehicular negligence, and premises liability. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Florida, then went on to earn his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the moot court team.

Before representing injury plaintiffs exclusively, Trenton defended businesses and insurance companies throughout Florida in personal injury, premises liability, and bad faith insurance litigation. That defense background gives him insight into how insurers value and defend claims, which he applies to recovering full compensation for his clients. Trent is admitted to the Florida Bar and to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
