Andrew Talebi

Andrew A. Talebi is a Senior Trial Attorney at West Coast Trial Lawyers in the areas of personal and catastrophic injury, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death. He has handled hundreds of high-exposure, aggregated, or complex lawsuits from inception through trial or favorable settlement and has secured several jury verdicts in California. Andrew started his career as a defense lawyer representing Fortune 100 companies in business, employment, professional, and general liability litigation. After learning the defense playbook for six years, he joined the plaintiffs' bar to seek justice for seriously injured individuals.

He was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list multiple years in a row, a distinction held by only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California, and was recognized by the Mayor of Beverly Hills with the Mayor's Kindness Award. Andrew received his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he competed on the Scott Moot Court National Team and earned Best Brief and Oral Advocate Champion in the Southern California Regional Competition. He received a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University.
