Houman Sayaghi

Houman Sayaghi is a trial attorney and the Litigation Chair at West Coast Trial Lawyers, licensed to practice in California and Nevada. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death cases, including those involving trucking accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and civil rights. Houman represents clients in both California and Nevada and has represented a wide variety of clients, including named celebrities.

To date, he has recovered over $100 million for his clients through settlements and verdicts. Houman is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, and holds a law degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a scholarship recipient. Prior to joining West Coast Trial Lawyers, he worked at the Law Offices of Dennis W. Chang, handling civil rights, civil litigation, personal injury, and family and criminal law matters.
