About Martha Taylor

Martha A. Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008. Ms. Taylor began her legal career clerking for Daniel E. Wilcoxen while attending law school, then became an associate and later a partner.

Her practice covers personal injury (including catastrophic injury, automobile collisions, and dog bites), wrongful death, medical malpractice, birth injuries, product liability, and employment discrimination. She has tried 12 cases to verdict, including 11 jury trials and one bench trial, in roles as both lead counsel and second chair. Her published appeal, Lopez v. Daimler Chrysler Corp. (2009) 179 Cal.App.4th 1373, is a notable contribution to California product liability law.
