About Nicholas Rodriguez

Nicholas A. Rodriguez grew up in Brownsville, Texas, the grandson of Mexican American immigrants and migrant farm workers. He attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.A. in political science and served in student government and on the Hispanic President's Council. He then attended South Texas College of Law Houston, which has a nationally recognized advocacy program, where he competed against top student litigators.

After earning his J.D. in 2015, he began his career at a prominent civil litigation firm in Dallas representing large corporate clients, giving him direct insight into the strategies employed by well-funded adversaries. He joined Aldous Law and now focuses his practice on significant personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury matters. He is licensed in Texas.
