About Justin Mosery

Justin Mosery is a Litigation Attorney who works with clients injured in automobile accidents to help them be heard, find justice, and get compensated for their injuries. Prior to joining Bachus & Schanker in 2020, Justin lived in Ecuador for four years where he established and ran a surf and backpackers hostel. After regularly working side by side with municipal and provincial attorneys to help improve the lives of the people of Olon, Ecuador, Justin decided to shift gears and pursue a career in law.

Upon returning to the U.S., Justin attended The Brooklyn Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate as well as four merit-based scholarships. He participated in the school’s municipal litigation clinic with the New York City General Litigation Department where he defended the City of New York in lawsuits challenging policies and practices concerning important programs in varied fields, such as education, health care, public assistance benefits, prison conditions, build care, and election law. Justin is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New York and is a member of the Colorado, Denver, and New York Bar Associations In his personal time, Justin enjoys writing folk songs, and spending time with his seven animals- his dogs Max and Luna, his cats Sasquatch and Waffles, his rats Zapato and Calceta, and his pet pig Virginia.
