Carlo Bonavita

Carlo Bonavita is an Associate Attorney at Bowman Law, LLC, with more than 17 years of experience handling complex civil cases. He focuses on trucking and transportation litigation, including trucking liability, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, and high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts.

Bonavita has represented a large interstate motor carrier on a regional legal team, defended product liability claims against major automobile and commercial truck manufacturers, defended failure-to-warn claims at trial and on appeal, defeated a federal class action involving a novel employment theory, and pursued punitive damages claims against commercial trucking defendants. He earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004 and his Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University in 2001.
