Kaylea Waechter

Kaylea Waechter is an Associate Attorney at Bowman Law, LLC, specializing in personal injury, business, and bad faith insurance law. Her practice covers premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, bad faith insurance claims, wrongful death, breach of contract, and civil theft claims. She has handled every step of the litigation process against large insurance companies and corporations, from intake through negotiation and litigation.

Waechter earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, with a Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. She is a long-standing member of the DU Sturm College of Law alumni council and is active in the law school's mentorship program. During law school she served as Vice President of the National Women's Legal Society Organization.
