Caroline R. Reilly

Caroline R. Reilly is a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, specializing in mass torts and class action litigation.

Reilly earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2013 and her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2008. She is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

A third-generation Nevadan and second-generation attorney, Reilly spent her first seven years practicing insurance defense before transitioning to plaintiff representation in 2021. She was part of the State of Nevada's litigation against pharmaceutical companies that resulted in a $1.2 billion opioid crisis settlement. She has been recognized in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers (2023-2025) and was named Young Lawyer of the Year by Las Vegas Defense Lawyers in 2018.
