Katrina Stark

Katrina Stark is a Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, serving on the firm's mass torts and class action team. Originally from New Zealand, she relocated to Las Vegas in 2014.

Stark earned her Juris Doctor from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nevada State College. She is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

Stark's practice focuses on class actions and complex commercial litigation. She has represented small business owners in class actions against a major waste management company, commissioned salespeople in wage disputes, and a global hospitality company in billion-dollar insurance litigation. She has presented pro bono oral argument before the Nevada Court of Appeals. During law school she served on the Nevada Law Journal, and she contributes amicus briefing for the Nevada Justice Association.
