Shannon Wise

Shannon Wise is a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, specializing in medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and personal injury cases.

Wise earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2017 and her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society with a minor in Political Science with High Distinction from Pennsylvania State University in 2013. She is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.

A Las Vegas native, Wise worked for an insurance company before law school, an experience that inspired her to help clients fight insurance companies for fair compensation. She has been recognized in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers (2019-2025), Super Lawyers Mountain States Rising Star (2020-2025), and as a Nevada Justice Association Rising Star (2024). During law school she earned multiple CALI Awards for the highest grades in seven courses.
