Christian Augustin

Christian Augustin is a Partner at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, overseeing the firm's pre-litigation department. He has been licensed to practice law in Nevada since 2015 and joined the firm that same year.

Augustin earned his Juris Doctor from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2015, his Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction from UNLV in 2003, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UNLV in 1999. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.

Prior to his legal career, Augustin taught high school government and civics for twelve years (2003-2015). He has been recognized in Nevada Business Magazine's Legal Elite (2018-2021) and as a Mountain States Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2021-2024). He serves as treasurer of the Nevada State Bar's LGBTQ+ section, sits on the NJA Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Committee, and serves as the Consumer Member of the Chiropractic Physicians' Board of Nevada.
