Brian Blankenship

Brian Blankenship is a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, focused on personal injury and car accident matters. He concentrates on representing victims in motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, and injury cases.

Blankenship earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2008 and his Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Georgetown University, where he played varsity football. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada (2009).

A Bayonne, New Jersey native, Blankenship worked as a paralegal before pursuing law. He has practiced personal injury since 2014 and founded Blankenship Injury Law in 2018 before joining his current firm in 2019. He has been recognized as a Mountain States Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2014-2017) and in Nevada Business Magazine's Legal Elite (2017).
