Charles Cahillane

Charles Cahillane is an Appellate Associate Attorney at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers.

Cahillane earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2024 and his Bachelor of Science in Government and English (Creative Writing) magna cum laude from St. Lawrence University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.

Following law school, Cahillane served as judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Bonnie A. Bulla at the Nevada Court of Appeals before joining Claggett & Sykes in 2025. During law school he received CALI Awards for the highest grades in Advanced Trial Advocacy and Secured Transactions, won Best Paper/Presentation at the 2024 International Masters of Gaming Law Conference, and served as Lead Articles Editor of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal Volume 14.
