Jonathan J. Winn

Jonathan J. Winn is a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, specializing in vehicle accident litigation, severe injury cases, and product liability matters.

Winn earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2009 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science summa cum laude from Idaho State University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of Idaho, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

Winn joined Claggett & Sykes in 2023 from Nevada's leading insurance defense firm. He has been recognized as a Nevada Business Magazine Top Rank Attorney (2023) and a Mountain States Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2022). During law school he received CALI Awards for the highest grades in legal writing and property law, and was a National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete.
