David Snyder

David Snyder is an Appellate Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, representing clients before federal and state appellate courts.

Snyder earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2019. He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science (2013), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (2011), all from UNLV. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

A fourth-generation Southern Nevadan, Snyder clerked at the Nevada Supreme Court for two years before joining Claggett & Sykes in 2021. During law school he made the Dean's Honor List in all years and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Federal Income Tax, Public Health Law, and Opening Statements and Closing Arguments. He served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
