Brian Zoeller

Partner Brian Zoeller is a Certified Family Law Specialist as certified by the Family Law Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. Certification requires meeting rigorous testing standards and demonstrating a substantial number of hours practicing family law across matters such as divorce, prenuptial agreements, and paternity actions. Brian has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer since 2004. He serves the Marion County Courts as a Guardian Ad Litem and advocate for children alleged to be at risk due to abuse or neglect. Brian is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and has served on the board for the Bar Leader Series, an educational program for young attorneys.
