Daniel Chamberlain

For over 30 years Daniel Chamberlain has focused his practice on personal injury clients, specifically advocating for traumatic brain injury victims and their families. Dan is a member of the Executive Committee for the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) in Washington, D.C., where he served as Board Chair in 2014-2015. He is also a member of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana (BIAI) Executive Committee. Over his career, Dan has litigated a broad range of personal injury claims in state and federal courts. He is Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been named to the Indiana Super Lawyers list every year from 2005 through 2025, including Top 50 honors in 2017 and 2024.
