Lynn Toops

Lynn Toops is a Chair of the Class Action practice group and focuses her practice on high-stakes consumer protection litigation. She and her team are currently litigating hundreds of class actions against financial institutions across the country for the improper assessment of various fees and have returned over $100 million to more than one million consumers in bank fee cases. Lynn is also a nationwide leader in data breach litigation.

She represents cities and counties across Indiana in litigation against manufacturers and distributors of prescription opioids. Lynn also served in a leading role in litigation against Indiana for failure to pay promised adoption subsidy payments to families who adopted special needs children. She has been named to Indiana Super Lawyers Top 25 Women for 2025 and 2026.
