Robert Rush

Robert L. Rush is a Board-Certified Lawyer with 35 years of experience who joined Davis Law Firm in 2023. Following law school at St. Mary's University (J.D., 1989), he worked at the San Antonio defense firm Thornton, Summers, Biechlin, Dunham and Brown, then co-founded Rush and Herberg in 1994, a firm dedicated to representing individuals harmed by negligence for 29 years until its closure. Robert has resolved numerous six-figure and seven-figure recoveries for negligence victims and has argued appellate matters before the Fourth and Thirteenth Courts of Appeals and briefed matters to the Texas Supreme Court. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (since 1997), a Texas Super Lawyer (since 2010), and an ABOTA member (since 2003). He is also a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated Preeminent.
