Cristina Garcia

Cristina Garcia is a Trial Attorney at the Dolan Law Firm, PC, working out of the firm's Los Angeles office. Her practice covers a broad range of plaintiff matters, including sexual abuse survivor representation (with a focus on school cases), car and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, elder abuse, burn injuries, dog bites, and medical malpractice. She is a bilingual Spanish speaker.

Garcia has been recognized with the Consumer Attorneys of California Presidential Award of Merit (2019, 2021), as a San Francisco Trial Lawyers Outstanding New Lawyers Award Finalist (2021), as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (Northern California 2017-2019; Southern California 2021-2025), and as one of Best Lawyers' "Ones to Watch" from 2023 to present.

She serves on the Board of Directors of Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), is the Immediate Past Chair of the CAOC Women's Caucus, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Latina Lawyers Bar Association (where she also Co-Chairs the New Lawyers Committee). She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA).
