Jeremy Jessup

Jeremy M. Jessup is the Managing Senior Trial Attorney at the Dolan Law Firm, PC, based in the firm's San Francisco office. He has more than 25 years of experience, including 15 years as defense counsel before joining the plaintiff-side practice at Dolan. His work covers personal injury, rideshare and Uber accidents, and elder abuse claims.

Jessup earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2000. He is admitted to the California State Bar (2000), the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the state courts of Oregon and Washington.

His professional memberships include Consumer Attorneys of California, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association, and the Leonard M. Friedman Bar Association (Past President).

Jessup has been named to Northern California Super Lawyers (Rising Star and Super Lawyer) for multiple years and was a finalist for the CAOC Trial Attorney of the Year Award. Notable case work includes Rice v. City of Roy (civil rights), Ghezavat v. Harris (2019) 40 Cal.App.5th 555, and McGovern v. BHC Fremont Hospital, Inc. (2022) 87 Cal.App.5th 181.
