Breanna Khorrami Martinez

Breanna Khorrami Martinez is an Associate Trial Attorney at the Dolan Law Firm, PC, working out of the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice covers personal injury, wrongful death, employment, sexual abuse, civil rights, and medical malpractice cases. She has assisted in securing several six- and seven-figure settlements across multiple practice areas.

Khorrami Martinez earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. In law school she served as Vice President of the Consumer Law Society, President of the ACLU of Loyola Law School, and a staff member of the International and Comparative Law Review. She gained additional experience through internships with The Feminist Majority Foundation, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Neighborhood Legal Services, and AIDS Project Los Angeles.

She is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. She has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
