Alison Baird

Alison Baird is a Trial Attorney at the Dolan Law Firm, PC, working out of the firm's San Francisco office. She has litigated complex personal injury cases for more than 20 years, representing clients from initial consultation through trial. Her practice covers catastrophic injury, premises liability, vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, governmental liability, and products liability matters.

Baird has participated in over 20 jury trials and 15 binding arbitrations, with notable cases involving catastrophic injuries, product defects, and vehicle accidents.

Before joining Dolan, she worked at Greenberg & Panish, where she consistently achieved favorable results for plaintiffs, including multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million, litigating each case from initial sign-up through all phases of discovery, settlement, and trial preparation.

Baird earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine, additional undergraduate work in Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.
