Kimberly Levy

Kimberly Levy is a Managing Senior Trial Attorney at the Dolan Law Firm, PC, based in the firm's San Francisco office. She has dedicated her practice to personal injury plaintiff representation since 2011, focusing on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, government liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases.

Levy earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Northern California Innocence Project, where she investigated factual-innocence claims.

Her honors include selection to Best Lawyers in America (since 2023) and Northern California Super Lawyers (since 2016). She was a finalist for Marin Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2023 and 2025. She is the past President of the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association and has served on the CAOC Women's Caucus as Secretary (2024) and Membership Chair (2025).

Levy co-authored the briefing in McGovern v. BHC Fremont Hospital, Inc. (2022), addressing preservation letters and discovery of mental health records. A Bay Area native, she is the mother of two.
