Gabriela Munoz

Gabriela Muñoz is an Associate Attorney at the Dolan Law Firm, PC, based in the firm's San Francisco office. She has practiced in the United States since 2015, representing the Latin community in personal injury and auto accident matters.

Muñoz earned her Juris Doctor from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and a Magister Artis in Law, Economics, and Public Policy from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She also attended seminars in Law and Economics at Harvard Law School. Before practicing in the United States, she served for more than 10 years as a Tax Court Commissioner in Mexico and taught Law and Economics at Universidad Panamericana.

Muñoz was named Marin Trial Attorney of the Year in 2024 for her success in the first silica trial — Reyes Gonzalez v. Aaroha Radiant Marble & Granite Slabs, et al. (2024).

She is an active member of Consumer Attorneys of California and serves on the Judicial Endorsements Committee of the Unity Bar in San Luis Obispo County. She also coaches and mentors California Mock Trial students at Arroyo Grande High School. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
