Anne Vankirk

Anne R. Vankirk is a trial attorney at Dubin Law Group in Seattle, Washington, with extensive experience aggressively representing clients in final-stage litigation across a broad range of personal injury claims. She has conducted state court trials in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Her appellate experience began as an extern for Justice Charles Wiggins of the Washington Supreme Court, and she has secured unanimous victories before the Washington Supreme Court and the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I. She also holds one of the largest plaintiff verdicts in the nation in a premises liability case (2020).

Vankirk earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. She is an EAGLE member of the Washington State Association for Justice and has presented on challenging biomechanical defense experts.
