Joshua Joerres

Joshua M. Joerres is the Managing Attorney at Dubin Law Group in Seattle, Washington, with more than 21 years of experience advocating for clients who have been injured by negligence. His practice areas include personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, assisted living facility and nursing home claims, wrongful death, defective road design, and medical malpractice litigation.

Before joining Dubin Law Group, Joerres served as an Assistant Attorney General, as an insurance defense attorney, and as a solo practitioner representing injured parties against insurance companies. He became an attorney in 2002, after a prior career as a competitive mogul skier.

Joerres earned his J.D. cum laude from Seattle University School of Law and his B.S. from Colorado State University in 1999. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer.
