About Khan Booker

Khan Booker was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He earned a B.S. from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces in 2014, then moved to Albuquerque, where he worked for the State of New Mexico before transitioning into commercial insurance as a broker and later as an underwriter specializing in complex risks. In 2020, Khan began law school at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he served on the Natural Resources Journal, was active in the Black Law Students Association as treasurer, received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Business Associations and Criminal Procedure, and was selected by peers for the Clarence Darrow Award. He graduated magna cum laude and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Shammara H. Henderson at the New Mexico Court of Appeals before joining FCHC. Licensed in New Mexico.
