Jared Lerner

Jared Michael Lerner is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Orlando, Florida office, where he focuses primarily on premises liability cases — slip-and-fall, trip-and-fall, dog bites, and negligent security — and takes on motor vehicle accidents when his skills are needed.

Lerner brings experience from both prosecution and insurance defense to his plaintiffs' practice. He served as an Assistant State Attorney with Florida's 9th Judicial Circuit (August 2017–August 2018), then defended insurance companies in personal injury matters before joining Morgan & Morgan in July 2020. He moved to Farah & Farah in November 2022.
