Thomas McCoy

Thomas 'Tommy' McCoy is a bilingual (English and Spanish) personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Atlanta, Georgia office, where he represents motor vehicle and other plaintiff personal injury clients. Before entering private practice, he served as a prosecutor for the State of Georgia in the Solicitor's Office, working criminal and traffic court matters and developing the courtroom skills he now applies on behalf of injured clients.

McCoy recently secured a $650,000 settlement for an Atlanta personal injury client. Senior partner Chuck Farah has described him as 'one tenacious personal injury attorney' with 'powerful real-world experience coupled with a go-getter attitude.'

McCoy earned his B.B.A. in Managerial Science from Georgia State University and his J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Superior Court, and is a member of the Criminal Law Section of the Georgia Bar.
