Colleen Durkin Peterson

Colleen Durkin Peterson represents patients who have experienced medical negligence, vulnerable adults injured in nursing homes, and victims of toxic tort exposure. Her clients have suffered permanent injuries, chronic pain, and life-altering consequences from preventable harm. She holds leadership roles in the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), where she has served as President, and on the Gonzaga Law School Board of Advisors. Colleen graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2012 and earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago. She has obtained verdicts of $100 million, $165 million, and $72 million against Monsanto in PCB exposure cases involving Sky Valley Education Center employees.
