David Roosa

David Roosa primarily handles serious personal injury, traumatic brain injury, insurance bad faith, and nursing home abuse cases. He has jury trial experience in state, federal, and municipal courts. David grew up in Alaska, studied at Ohio State University, and spent time in Germany as a Rotary Exchange Student and in Venezuela as an English teacher before entering law. He has briefed cases before Washington Division I and Division II court of appeals, and was co-counsel in the nation's first fully remote federal jury trial, obtaining a $1.3 million verdict via Zoom in 2020. He also occasionally tries criminal cases and has obtained multiple defense verdicts for wrongfully accused defendants.
