Lincoln Sieler is a skilled litigator specializing in catastrophic personal injury, commercial trucking accidents, and product liability, with a particular focus on commercial trucks, industrial equipment, medical products, and emerging vehicle technologies such as event data recorders and advanced driver assistance systems. He also has extensive experience in insurance bad faith. Lincoln was plaintiff's trial counsel in Washington v. Teva, winning a $104 million product liability verdict for a retired mechanic and his wife, and was lead counsel in a $35 million settlement in a catastrophic commercial trucking collision. He graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 1991, is a graduate of the Trial Lawyer's College, and has been named to Washington Super Lawyers every year since 2006 and to the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Washington in 2014.
