Lincoln Sieler

Lincoln Sieler is a skilled litigator specializing in catastrophic personal injury, commercial trucking accidents, and product liability, with a particular focus on commercial trucks, industrial equipment, medical products, and emerging vehicle technologies such as event data recorders and advanced driver assistance systems. He also has extensive experience in insurance bad faith. Lincoln was plaintiff's trial counsel in Washington v. Teva, winning a $104 million product liability verdict for a retired mechanic and his wife, and was lead counsel in a $35 million settlement in a catastrophic commercial trucking collision.
