Don Bauermeister

Don Bauermeister's practice focuses on wrongful death, infant brain injury, negligence, product liability, and bad faith insurance claims. He has performed work for clients in over a dozen states and has won jury verdicts for plaintiffs involving many millions of dollars. His most recent verdict recovered $18.9 million for a brain injury victim, and he has assisted trial teams obtaining verdicts exceeding two billion dollars in aggregate.

Don regularly collaborates with Rick Friedman on large compensatory and punitive damages presentations. He has lectured in over twenty states on uses of cognitive neuroscience in the courtroom and has published papers on jury persuasion. He graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1979.
