Roger Davidheiser

Roger Davidheiser grew up in rural Pennsylvania and earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Temple University in 1984, then his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1987. He started at Saul Ewing in Philadelphia before moving to Seattle in 1989 to join Riddell Williams. In 1991 he became a King County prosecutor and spent the next 24 years trying over 100 significant cases including aggravated murder, organized crime, and financial fraud.

Two high-profile murder cases brought him national television coverage on 48 Hours and Forensic Files. He also served as Special Assistant United States Attorney. Roger joined Friedman Rubin and now handles serious personal injury, insurance bad faith, contract claims, and class actions in Washington and throughout the United States.
