Keith Fuicelli

Keith Fuicelli co-founded Fuicelli & Lee Injury Lawyers in 2008 after working in the Jefferson County District Attorney's office following law school. He is a trial attorney with a personal connection to serious injury: in May 2007 he was struck by a car while jogging, resuscitated at the scene, and spent months recovering at Craig Rehabilitation Hospital. That experience shapes how he counsels and advocates for clients who have been through similar ordeals. Fuicelli has obtained multiple million-dollar jury verdicts for clients, including two in 2019 and one in 2022, and a $13.8 million judgment in a wrongful death matter in 2020.

He has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer (top 5 percent of attorneys in the state) every year since 2012 and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is an elected board member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a lifetime inductee to America's Top 100 Attorneys, and in 2023 was inducted for a lifetime membership to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He also serves on the board of the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado.
