Matthew Durkin

Matthew Durkin brings 25 years of prosecutorial experience to Fuicelli & Lee Injury Lawyers. He most recently served as Jefferson County Chief Deputy District Attorney and before that led the Criminal Justice Section of the Colorado Attorney General's Office as Deputy Attorney General. That career included a Director's Citation from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation in 2016 and the Prosecutor of the Year award from the Colorado Welfare Fraud Council in 2005. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 and serves on the Board of Trustees of the First Judicial Bar Association of Colorado.
