Rachel Listro

Rachel Listro is a Trial Attorney at Gomez Trial Attorneys in San Diego, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Originally from Minnesota, Rachel earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri before relocating to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship.

During law school Rachel served as a judicial extern for two federal judges, the Honorable Karen Crawford and the Honorable Anthony Battaglia, and as a civilian legal extern for the United States Navy. She graduated in 2020 and was admitted to practice in 2021.

Before joining Gomez Trial Attorneys, Rachel worked as in-house insurance defense counsel, gaining a thorough understanding of how insurance companies process and litigate claims. She leverages that insider perspective to obtain better settlements and verdicts for her injured clients. Rachel has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for three consecutive years (2024-2026).
