David Arreguin

David Arreguin is the Managing Attorney for the California-Mexico Corridor and Attorney Relations at Gomez Trial Attorneys in San Diego. Growing up in Tijuana, Mexico, and later earning both his undergraduate and law degrees in San Diego, David brings unique firsthand insight into the challenges facing the binational and cross-border community.

David earned his Juris Doctor cum laude with honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. His practice focuses on personal and catastrophic injury cases, employment disputes, and consumer rights matters, with a particular emphasis on serving Spanish-speaking residents of the California-Mexico border region.

David regularly appears in media interviews and speaking engagements to educate the cross-border community about their legal rights. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is dedicated to ensuring that fear or uncertainty never prevents individuals from pursuing justice. He is admitted to the California State Bar and resides in Chula Vista.
