Lara Deitz

Lara Deitz is a Senior Trial Attorney at Gomez Trial Attorneys in San Diego, where she handles personal injury and civil litigation matters. Born and raised in San Diego, Lara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University.

Lara earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from California Western School of Law, where she completed a Business Law Concentration with honors and received multiple Academic Excellence Awards. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2019.

During her legal career Lara clerked for the General Counsel of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority and interned with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. Before joining Gomez Trial Attorneys she practiced as a litigation attorney at Antonyan Miranda, a prominent San Diego family law firm, where she handled a broad range of family law, personal injury, workplace rights, and probate litigation matters. She brings a strong foundation in both civil and family law litigation to her personal injury practice.
