Patrick Hughes

Patrick (Pat) Hughes is a Senior Trial Attorney at Gomez Trial Attorneys in San Diego, with practice focused on plaintiff personal injury litigation including sexual assault cases. Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, he completed his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University and earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2012-2015). After admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2015, Patrick established his own firm (Hughes & Mashinski, P.C.) focusing on plaintiff personal injury litigation, recovering millions in damages for critically injured clients between 2015 and 2022, and also served part-time as an Assistant City Solicitor for Scranton. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2021.
