Judy Graziano

Judy Graziano is a Senior Attorney at The Hassell Law Group, where she has practiced since joining in 2008. She is a highly skilled litigator and trial attorney with over 25 years of experience in California courts, holding an undefeated record on all personal injury cases she has tried and on every case tried before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board. Before joining the firm, she handled high-value personal injury cases at The Veen Firm and The Law Offices of Joseph Carcione, Jr. She is experienced in dual representation of clients in civil and workers compensation matters. Judy earned her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University, where she was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi honor society, and graduated from law school in 1999.

She was admitted to practice law in California in 1999. She is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Notable case results include a $12.5 million confidential settlement for a truck collision victim, $5 million for an injured woman and her husband killed in a head-on collision, $4.9 million for a seriously injured motorist, $4.6 million for a physician injured in a trip and fall, and $1.75 million for the family of a migrant farmworker killed by a commercial vehicle.
