Paul Connery

Paul J. Connery is a Partner at Levin & Perconti in Chicago, focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. He began his legal career as a 7-11 law clerk in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, litigating over 100 motions and bench trials. As an Assistant State's Attorney, he served in the Appeals Division (drafting 25+ appellate briefs and arguing three cases before the First District Appellate Court) and spent three years in the Narcotics Prosecutions Bureau, helping to found the Chicago Prostitution and Trafficking Intervention Court. After a stint in civil defense litigation, he joined Levin & Perconti in 2020 to represent plaintiffs and was later named partner.
